Aztec Technical Services has much experience
in providing the complete package of operations training
for new build Combined Heat and Power projects.
Complete CHP Projects
Aztec Technical Services has carried out the co-ordination,
management, design, production and Delivery of programme
on projects of different sizes and scope.
The steps in such a project are:
- Establish scope and needs of Project;
- Establish needs of trainees;
- Develop training programme and support materials;
- Deliver theory training with assessment;
- Deliver on-job training with assessment;
- Issue Training and Accreditation documentation.
Part of CHP Projects (Balance of Plant)
Aztec Technical Services has worked with several main
contractors to provide a solution to an identified training
gap in respect of non-main plant (balance of plant)
items. Suppliers of main plant items often provide training
for their package. Sub-contractors provide part of a
system and may not have the facility to deliver the
training required by CDM and PUWER (Provision and Use
of Work Equipment Regulations 1998).
Aztec Technical Service’s experienced staff are
able to assimilate a training programme from the various
source companies and deliver with the appropriate materials
to a level which satisfies the various legal and contractual
requirements.
